...even if you "have it all figured out."
As gay men we learned how to be impressive, capable, desirable, useful… but not how to be seen or loved for who we are.
We learned to wear masks, and this pattern formed:
Wear a mask → shallow connection → loneliness → wear the mask harder or differently thinking that would solve the problem.
We must move beyond the mask.
Our circle exists to gently interrupt that cycle.

We remember and access ancestral knowledge and tribal traditions of belonging, embodiment, and liberation.

We learn from and share our collective experiences of intimacy, truth, and survival.

We rethink stereotypes to embrace authentic gay masculinity, friendship, and joy—side by side with brothers ready to go deeper.

We know loneliness from the inside and have felt the impact of connecting with other men through groups like this.

Yonatan Arnon is a spiritual director, educator, and somatic coach devoted to helping men reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and truth through Jewish, Zen, Sufi, and gay men’s traditions. With over a decade of experience, he has led groups on identity, interfaith dialogue, and men’s circles in diverse settings, including non-profits, Rikers Island Jail chaplaincy, and one on one.

Jon Pinney is an ontological coach and facilitator devoted to helping men move beyond performance and into presence through unapologetic, liberated living. His work invites men to examine the roles, narratives, and survival mechanisms they’ve internalized — to create space to live from something more true and fulfilling — in both group and one on one settings.

Q&A:
Each session will foster a supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment through meaningful dialogue, active listening, and mutual sharing — where each participant is fully accepted as they are.
Together, we will explore and embrace the many facets of our identities: the inner child, the man, the single or partnered self, gay/queer identities, and more.
In each 90 minute session you can also expect:
A safe, grounded space to explore connection
Clear agreements and a grounded container
Gentle prompts and guided exercises
Optional sharing — silence is always welcome
Somatic, emotional, and reflective practices
The option to partner closely with other circle members for support and connection
You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need a story.
You just need to show up.
Q&A:
As you’ll notice, there is a great deal of heart-centered background work that goes into preparing, holding, communicating, and facilitating this gay men’s circle. With that in mind, we’d be grateful for your understanding and acknowledgment of the value reflected in the fees.
To create an experience that supports individuals in different life situations, we are offering a sliding scale of $25–$72 USD per session. We are here to hold and be held by and with one another, regardless of any backgrounds, financial challenges, or life experiences.
As a participant, you will also have the option to book discounted one-on-one coaching sessions with Yonatan or Jon if you desire deeper individual support.
We are more than happy to set up a short Zoom with you — either with one or both of us — to get to know us and our vision a bit more.
Q&A:
The Circle will meet every 2-4 weeks on the following schedule, assuming we have enough interest to fill the group:

April 26: 4:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM EST
May 17: 4:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM EST
May 31: 4:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM EST
June 14: 4:30 PM PST / 7:30 PM EST
